In a very experimental step, Sacramento Lutheran Television is testing broadcasting its programming via its web site. In order to receive the continuous broadcast, one must enable Quicktime for the browser (Quicktime is available as a free download at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/) and have a high speed connection (DSL or better).
At present, two channels of content are available. Channel 1 carries a continuous broadcast of segment three from show #41 - Relationship. Channel 2 carries a picture loop of some production stills taken in May 2004.
If the experiment is successful, additional shows and a schedule will be published.
The news is a service of the Sacramento Conference of the Sierra Pacific Synod, ELCA
to all conference congregations, pastors, webmasters, council
presidents, newsletter editors and interested visitors.
Interested parties may subscribe to an e-mail delivery of the news.
