Former Dean Mullen Elected Sierra Pacific Bishop

Bishop-Elect David G. Mullen On April 27, 2002, former Sacramento Conference Dean David G. Mullen was elected Bishop of the Sierra Pacific Synod [press release]. He assumed his duties on June 1, 2002 and was installed at on June 15 at Church of the Presentation, Stockton, California. The Sacramento Conference wishes him well on his new endeavor.
